How can I return my order?
You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@zera-dor.com.
Important:

Products and packaging must be in the same condition as received.

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Exchanges are unfortunately not possible.

Customers are responsible for the return shipment and bear all related risks.

Processing a return can take up to 14 business days from the date of dispatch. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and processed.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense. A fee of €8.90 will be deducted from your refund. We recommend keeping your proof of shipment.

Refunds may take up to 14 days after confirmation. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us.

My order arrived damaged or incomplete. How can I return it?
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receipt and provide the following:

Your order number

A clear photo of the received products (JPG format)

A clear photo of the package, including the shipping label (JPG format)
How do I know if my return has been received?
You can track your package using the tracking information provided by the courier.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been delivered to us, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once we have completed the return. If you have not heard from us after 14 days, please contact our customer service.
