Warranty
All products purchased from Zera D’or are covered by the statutory warranty. In addition, we provide a standard 1-year warranty on our watches and a 1-year warranty on our jewelry.
If a product is received broken or damaged (not caused by the customer), the buyer must notify us immediately. The warranty covers most common manufacturing and material defects, typically including damage to the movement, glass, or watch case.
What the warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by water or fire (we recommend avoiding contact with water)

Damage resulting from negligence or improper use, such as dropping or scratching

Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications by a third party without prior approval from Zera D’or

Battery replacement, even if required during the warranty period

Normal wear and tear, such as discoloration, scratches, or other signs of regular use

We will carefully inspect the product and provide further instructions.
