Returns

How can I return my order?
You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@zera-dor.com.

Important:

  • Products and packaging must be in the same condition as received.

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

  • Exchanges are unfortunately not possible.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipment and bear all related risks.

  • Processing a return can take up to 14 business days from the date of dispatch. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and processed.

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense. A fee of €8.90 will be deducted from your refund. We recommend keeping your proof of shipment.

  • Refunds may take up to 14 days after confirmation. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us.

⚠️ Please do not return any products without first contacting us for authorization and instructions.


My order arrived damaged or incomplete. How can I return it?
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receipt and provide the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the received products (JPG format)

  • A clear photo of the package, including the shipping label (JPG format)


How do I know if my return has been received?
You can track your package using the tracking information provided by the courier.


When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been delivered to us, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once we have completed the return. If you have not heard from us after 14 days, please contact our customer service.
