How do I adjust the length of my Zera D’or watch?
You can easily adjust your watch using the tool included in the box. Follow the steps below, or have it adjusted by your local jeweler.

How do I adjust the watch strap length?

Link Bracelet:

1. Insert the pin remover into the hole on the side of the bracelet and push the pin in the direction of the arrow. Lightly tap the pin with a small hammer until it comes out the other side. Use tweezers to pull the pin out completely.

2. Remove the necessary links. Make sure to remove an equal number of links from both sides to keep the bracelet symmetrical.

3. Reinsert the pins in the opposite direction of the arrows and gently tap them back with the hammer to secure the bracelet.

Mesh Strap:

1. Insert the pin remover into the slot and lift the clasp with the tool provided.

2. Move the clasp to your desired position.

3. Once in place, simply snap the clasp shut to secure it.

What type of battery is used in the watches, and how can I replace it?
All Zera D’or watches use a standard button cell battery, which lasts at least 2 years. To replace the battery, we recommend visiting your local jeweler. Please note that opening the watch yourself will void the warranty.

Are Zera D’or watches water-resistant?
All Zera D’or watches are rated 5 ATM. We advise avoiding contact with water — do not wear your watch while swimming, diving, bathing, or showering. It is, however, resistant to rain and everyday use.

What materials are the watches made from?
All our watches are made of stainless steel. You can verify this on the product pages under “Description.”

Are Zera D’or products nickel-free?
Yes, our products comply with strict EU regulations regarding nickel. They are nickel-free and made entirely of stainless steel.
